Morgan McKinley seeks a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join their dynamic finance team.
Job Description:
* The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years' experience in corporate or strategic finance roles.
* Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis skills are required.
* M&A experience on both buy and sell side is desirable, including due diligence and investment evaluation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Build robust financial models to support due diligence and investment analysis for M&A opportunities.
* Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and variances to provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.
* Manage financial due diligence and contribute to strategic business expansion projects.
* Review legal and financial documentation, including facility agreements and transactional contracts.
* Prepare bank submissions and ensure covenant compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
* Develop presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings.
* Support ongoing finance system development and integration, including AI initiatives.
* Offer commercial and financial guidance to stakeholders across the business.
* Contribute to ad hoc strategic finance projects as required.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5+ years' experience in corporate finance or strategic finance roles.
* Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis skills.
* M&A experience on both buy and sell side, including due diligence and investment evaluation is desirable.
* Solid understanding of legal documentation, funding agreements is desirable.
