Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient management of assigned F&B outlets.
Assist other F&B outlets as needed.
Manage reservations for the assigned outlets and coordinate special requests with relevant departments.
Maintain the highest standards of luxury consistently delivered to guests.
Carry out departmental audits to ensure consistency.
Communicate the hotel’s Vision & Mission and Values to the team and integrate into daily activities.
Keep service areas clean and well maintained (front & back of house).
Control ambience in departments (lights, music, temperature).
Report defective materials and equipment to relevant departments.
Implement new initiatives within agreed time frame.
Set and achieve personal objectives on a yearly basis.
Attend meetings and ensure management presence at peak service times.
Maintain high level of security throughout the hotel.
