Job Overview

This role involves overseeing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of human resources within an organisation.

* Key Responsibilities:
* • End-to-end recruitment process management, including job adverts, shortlisting, interviews and offers. Ensuring efficient onboarding for new employees, covering contracts, inductions and probation reviews.
* • Providing practical HR advice and support to staff and managers as the first point of escalation for employee queries. Handling employee relations issues such as grievances, absence management and disciplinary processes in line with policies.
* • Coordinating performance review cycles and probation reviews, ensuring timely completion by managers and maintaining accurate records. Supporting managers with templates, guidance and reminders to maintain consistent processes. Assisting in identifying training needs and overseeing the scheduling and organisation of training sessions.
* • Maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures, clearly communicated and consistently applied across the business. Ensuring compliance with employment law and company standards, escalating issues where necessary.
* • Overseeing payroll information preparation and collaborating with finance for accurate and timely processing. Administering employee benefits and supporting staff with related queries.
* • Producing regular HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, absence) and using HR data to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.
* • Supporting the delivery of employee engagement activities, social events and wellbeing initiatives. Fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements
