As an integral member of a thriving accounting team, you will be responsible for managing various financial projects and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Financial Project Management: Oversee the creation, documentation, review, and approval of journal entries, including uploading journals and responding to general ledger queries.
* Account Reconciliation: Prepare, review, and approve account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
* Intercompany Relationships: Demonstrate a solid understanding of organizational structures and intersegment transactions, including segments and legal entities, to effectively record intersegment transactions and cost allocations.
* Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis and explanation on income statements and selected balance sheet accounts, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement innovative processes to automate and digitalize existing procedures, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance operational efficiency.

* GL Structure Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the underlying GL structure, identifying opportunities for optimization and suggesting changes that may impact financial reporting.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential accounting errors and risks, ensuring adherence to US and International GAAP guidelines.
