Job Purpose
Provide a high standard of customer service support and fleet-management consultation to a range of clients.
Support front-line functions, including dealing with clients and drivers, prospect visits, presentations, and meetings.
Work closely with colleagues and the Client Services Manager to achieve team goals.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Build long-term proactive relationships with customers, including:
Building customer trust and confidence
Increasing customer survey ratings
Maximising profit opportunities
Upselling additional services (fuel, insurance, etc.)
Improving renewal rates and growing fleets where possible
Conduct regular client meetings, record detailed minutes, and follow up swiftly on action points.
Maintain Ayvens' professional image and high standard of customer service.
Provide proactive advice and consultation to customers and drivers.
Retain clients through effective relationship management.
Make car-policy and cost-saving recommendations to customers.
Supply accurate quotations with maximum efficiency.
Manage orders and enquiries efficiently.
Prepare customer reporting using Ayvens' standard/harmonised reports and templates.
Respond professionally to customer queries.
Process administration tasks and other driver-related duties.
Manage fluctuating workloads and assist with new business implementations.
Deal with LP Group requests.
Collaborate with the Finance Department on credit approvals, invoice queries and debtor management.
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
Ensure adherence to processes and procedures outlined in training or subsequent communications.
Contribute to the success of the Account Management Team by:
Maintaining a positive approach and attitude to all aspects of work
Sharing best practices and supporting colleagues

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Motor/fleet industry experience essential.
High attention to detail.
Creative thinker capable of identifying and implementing improvements.
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to see issues through to completion and meet deadlines.
Capacity to think, act and make decisions under pressure.
Clear organisation and prioritisation of daily tasks while ensuring teamwork.
Appropriate follow-up on client deliverables.
Team player willing to work with others across the business.
Customer-driven, able to build relationships with individuals at all levels and approachable and willing to get involved.
Professional approach, high standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
