Due to continued project wins, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a long-term European project.This role will see you taking full responsibility for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of mechanical construction works, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Key Responsibilities * Lead the mechanical project team through all phases of delivery, reporting directly to the Project Director * Take day-to-day ownership of health & safety on site, ensuring company procedures are fully implemented * Plan and manage works from initiation through to handover, including materials, subcontract packages and labour * Manage site teams including Construction Managers, Engineers and Supervisors * Develop construction execution plans, schedules and constructability reviews * Define, tender, award and manage subcontractor work scopes in collaboration with commercial teams * Coordinate with fabrication workshops on prefabrication planning, testing and documentation * Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for clients and stakeholders * Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on cost control, variations and commercial reporting * Ensure QA/QC standards are met and works comply with specifications and industry standardsKey Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager * Minimum 7 years' experience in senior mechanical engineering or project engineering roles * Strong background delivering mechanical construction projects (pharma, biotech, semiconductor, oil & gas) * Experience working for a mechanical contractor (rather than consultancy or client-side) * Solid construction-stage experience xyswxtq including piping fabrication, installation, testing and equipment installation * Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or equivalent (preferred) * Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreamsWhat's on Offer * Long-term European project pipeline * Choice of permanent or contract engagement * Competitive salary or day rate * Opportunity to work on technically complex, high-value projects * Supportive, professional project delivery environmentIf you would like to find out more about this opportunity OR are keen to apply, do so directly via this advert
