The Opportunity
We are expanding our talented culinary team and are now recruiting for:
* Executive Sous Chef
* Sous Chef
* Junior Sous Chef
These roles are ideal for passionate chefs who want to grow their career in a dynamic, supportive, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
* Work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional food for weddings, banquets, restaurants, and events.
* Lead and mentor kitchen teams to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Contribute to menu planning, innovation, and seasonal offerings.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including stock control and ordering.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen (hotel, banqueting, or high-volume dining an advantage).
* A passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
* Excellent organisation and communication.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
