This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across multiple sectors. The company is growing steadily and looking for a talented individual to drive successful bid submissions and support business development. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end bid process for tenders, PQQs, and framework opportunities. Coordinate input from technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure quality submissions. Develop and maintain a bid library, ensuring up-to-date and compelling content. Ensure deadlines are met, submissions are compliant, and presentation is of the highest standard. Liaise with senior management and key stakeholders to shape winning strategies. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of public and private sector tendering processes. Excellent project management, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
