Part-Time Executive Assistant Job
The role of a Part-Time Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the EMEA Global Operations team. This onsite position is based in Dublin, Ireland, and requires working 3 days a week (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, planning and executing large-scale events and offsites, building strong cross-functional relationships across global teams, and providing general office administration and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 5–7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple Director-level leaders
* Proven advanced event planning and coordination experience
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite
* Experience with tools such as Concur and internal calendar systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
What We Offer:
* Hourly rate from €33.17 up to €40 depending on experience
* Equivalent to €69K–€80K per year (FTE), pro-rata for part-time (approx.)
