Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day site operations.Coordinate with main contractor site teams, trades and suppliers to maintain schedule, quality and cost targetsEnsure safety, site housekeeping and compliance with methodology, RAMs and client requirementsMonitor labour, materials usage, programme and report progress to senior managementResolve on-site issues proactively and ensure hand-off of completed works meeting specificationRequirements:Proven site management experience.
