This is an exciting opportunity for a Dutch speaking Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Accounts Payable team of a multinational construction company. The role will be based in Head Office and reporting to the Head of Management Accounting.
Responsibilities
Suppliers Invoices
Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
Cost invoices for payment.
Process backup reports after data entry.
Reconcile Creditors Accounts.
Expenses including VISA
Verify that receipts and claims comply with financial policies and procedures.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee records.
Subcontractors
Receive and verify subcontractor certificates.
Other
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
Provide cover for leave.
Experience
Required
Fluent Dutch speaker
Desirable
Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable or Administration function
Experience using relevant accounting software packages
Qualifications
Proficient in data entry and management
Focus on maintaining accurate data and achievement of deadlines
Good interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
Able to work as an effective team member
Able to produce consistently accurate results
Self‑motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Keen to learn and develop.
