Business Development Manager Irl (Foodservice) Remote

We have an exciting position for an experienced Food Service Business Development Manager responsible for customer accounts within Ireland.

Our client, a global food service provider, is looking for someone to drive their customer base forward and establish new business.

This role involves wearing many hats and creating a positive experience for clients.

This is a fully remote position with travel expected once per week to Dublin and meetings across the country.

Note: To be considered, you MUST have Foodservice experience and be based in Ireland.

Package on offer:

* Fully remote position
* Salary €55k
* Up to €10k performance bonus
* Monthly car allowance
* Company phone and laptop

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a long-term sales and growth strategy.
* Identify new business leads and target accounts through research and outreach.
* Engage with decision-makers via phone and in-person meetings.
* Deliver sales presentations and close deals.
* Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets.
* Manage a sales pipeline with inbound and outbound leads.
* Place equipment on loan and train customers on usage.
* Monitor market trends and competitors.
* Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM.
* Prepare monthly sales reports.
* Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for networking and lead generation.
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning with senior management.
* Ensure smooth operations, including inventory and logistics.
* Coordinate with UK Customer Service for training, issues, and maintenance.
* Identify operational risks and lead problem-solving.

Required Experience & Skills:

* At least 3 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in foodservice, hospitality, or F&B.
* Proven sales record.
* Confident communication and proactive outreach.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Highly organized and independent.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based tools.
* Familiar with CRM systems.
* Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30kg.
