Overview
Join a growing team within the Operations department, focusing on project coordination for Susquehanna’s European operations. Collaborate with traders and operations teams to gain knowledge of traded products and international markets. Assist with setting up and launching new markets and trading strategies, coordinating across departments, and identifying operational and system requirements to support trading activities. This role offers valuable exposure to a front office environment for individuals interested in financial markets.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
* Identify all stakeholders involved in business requests.
* Manage expectations and confirm goals and timelines with the business.
* Maintain focus on long-term objectives and escalate issues as needed.
* Collaborate with technology teams to gather requirements to meet business needs.
Project Management:
* Define project goals, scope, and success criteria with stakeholders.
* Develop and monitor project plans, providing regular updates.
* Identify milestones, dependencies, and coordinate between teams.
* Manage risks and escalate issues early.
* Ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Additional Requirements:
* Preferably hold a third-level degree in business, finance, or engineering.
* Experience in operations roles such as fund accounting, trade support, or settlements; supporting projects related to onboarding, launches, or regulatory compliance is advantageous.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; VBA/SQL/Python knowledge is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence for workflow and documentation management.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and be self-motivated.
* Interest in financial markets and understanding of the trade lifecycle is beneficial.
