Job Summary
The Engineering Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting the site Contract Manager and client Utilities Manager with all aspects of our Critical Utilities contract on a leading pharmaceutical site based in Dublin.
About the Role
* Workday administrator for the Veolia site team
* Purchase Order Requestor for the site team, as directed by the Veolia Contract Manager
* Requisition stationery and consumables as required
* Requisition PPE and safety equipment for the Operational group as requested
Maintaining the onsite stock of PPE for the department and tracking costs associated with this is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site training for the Veolia and BMS utilities' Engineering team using the site Success Factors training system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Leaving Cert or above
* Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Strong customer focus, with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Team player
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise duties
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
