* Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.

* Coordinate the induction process for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding for leavers.

* Prepare payroll inputs, maintain attendance records, and support benefits administration.

* Assist in handling queries for all stakeholders, preparing documents, and supporting HR initiatives.

* Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment legislation and company values.

* Track training records and support the implementation of learning initiatives.

* Generate reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and compliance.

* Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and support ad hoc projects as required.

Essentials Required for this Role:

* At least 3-4 years in an HR administrative role, with working experience of Irish Employment Law.
