We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our recently opened daytime restaurant in Co.
Kildare.

What the Role Involves
Full responsibility for kitchen operations and maintaining high standards
Leading and motivating your team with professionalism and clarity
Delivering fresh, seasonal, vibrant food with consistency and flair
Managing GP, food costs, ordering, and stock with precision
Building strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and consistency
Maintaining excellent kitchen systems, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
Creating a positive and motivated kitchen culture where your team can succeed
Who We're Looking For
Proven Head Chef experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
A strong and confident leader with the ability to develop and inspire a team
Passionate about food, flavour, and seasonal cooking
Calm under pressure, highly organised, and solutions-focused
Open to the challenges of a new restaurant while committed to maintaining consistent standards
Commercially aware, with proven ability to manage GP and performance
