Job Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill various roles in our residential services.
Candidates will have the chance to support individuals with independent living skills, community inclusion and personal health promotion.
Our diverse range of services offers full-time residential care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities/autism in both individualized and group settings.
Shift patterns include day/evening/overnight (sleepovers and waking night duty)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant diploma in social care or nursing qualification approved by CORU
* Registration with CORU or willingness to register
* Valid manual driving licence in Ireland
* Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities/autism
* Knowledge of HIQA standards
* Good connections in the local community an advantage
* Flexibility within rosters
* Ability to use own initiative and plan effectively
* Basic level IT skills using email, word documents and systems
