We are looking for a Band 3 occupational therapy assistant for the acute Burns and Plastics Occupational Therapy team in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. Job Summary To assist the Occupational Therapist in the assessment and treatment of clients and to carry out other duties that support the delivery of services as necessary. In response to continued service developments, the post holder will be required to undertake flexible working including extended working and seven day working as determined by operational requirements. Essential Criteria Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and Maths. OR NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. OR Higher qualifications in a care related subject. At least one years paid experience, working with physically disabled and / or older adults delivering direct client care in a formal care setting.
