About the Role As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting our growing team and delivering best in class HR operations across the business. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will work closely with leaders and team members across the resort to support a positive, high-performance and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end to end recruitment and seamless onboarding for new team members Champion employee engagement, driving creative team building initiatives and wellbeing programmes Provide guidance on employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to managers Track and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision making Manage and execute key HR projects and initiatives that align with our values and business goals Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle Who You Are We are looking for someone who is people focused, solutions driven and passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. You will thrive in this role if you have: 3+ years' experience in a People/HR Generalist or Business Partner role Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement An understanding of Irish employment law and best practices in employee relations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Confidence working with data, reporting tools and HR systems A proactive, hands on approach and a genuine passion for people and culture Why Join Adare Manor?
