Job Title: Senior Child Development Specialist
This is a key role in our multidisciplinary team that provides specialist support services to children from 0-18 years and their families.
Responsibilities will include providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children with disabilities, as well as collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in psychology, including a master's or doctoral degree in clinical, counselling or educational psychology, and relevant postgraduate experience working with children with disabilities.
As a senior member of the team, this individual will also be expected to contribute to service development, provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, and engage in research and evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children with disabilities

Requirements:
* Master's or doctoral degree in clinical, counselling or educational psychology
* Irish postgraduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
* Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience working with children with disabilities
* Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
* Ability to lead and manage teams, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
