Who should apply?
This role is ideal for governance and compliance professionals with a background in corporate or regulated environments:
* 5+ years' experience in a Governance, Risk or Compliance role
* Third level qualification in Business, Finance or related field
* Excellent understanding of best practice governance, risk and compliance frameworks
* Strong auditing and analytical skills with an ability to identify issues and root causes
* Confident communicator and stakeholder manager with a proactive mindset
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Governance Manager, this role will support the implementation and enhancement of governance frameworks across multiple business functions:
* Governance Frameworks – Help maintain and improve control structures across the business
* Quarterly Reviews – Support and challenge managers in identifying risks and verifying control effectiveness
* Advisory Support – Provide input and guidance on governance, compliance and risk issues
* Audit & Risk – Assist in the execution of audits, risk assessments, and implementation of recommendations
* Compliance Reporting – Contribute to quarterly and annual governance and compliance submissions
* Culture Champion – Promote strong governance culture across business units
* Strategic Projects – Involve in key change initiatives and governance-related improvements
* Continuous Improvement – Identify and drive enhancements to governance processes
