We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and collaborative Partner Manager to develop, scale, and manage our partner program, driving measurable impact through revenue generation, building and managing the partner ecosystem, and strong partner relationships.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to shape our partner strategy and deliver clear commercial outcomes, strengthening our ecosystem and enabling sustainable long-term growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Review, develop, and execute the partner program across the entire lifecycle.
* Build and nurture relationships with partners.
* Develop partner-facing resources and enablement materials.
* Drive revenue and joint initiatives.
* Design and implement processes, playbooks, and tools to standardize partner engagement, reporting, and enablement.
* Recruit and onboard new partners.
* Coordinate cross-functional execution.
* Provide strategic input and refine the partnerships strategy.
* Measure and report on performance.
* Represent the company externally.
* Support compliance and risk management.
* Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales, or related roles.
* Demonstrable success in building and scaling partner programs, managing a portfolio of partners, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth.
* Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
* Proven record of generating partner-sourced revenue.
* Ability to connect partner activities to commercial outcomes.
* Adept at juggling multiple partner relationships, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and managing processes.
