JOB IS ONLY FOR EU CITIZENSFull Time Chef de Partie / Full Time Commis Chef/ Full Time Demi Chef / Demi Chef Pastry / Commis Pastry ChefIn conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Smooth running in all aspects of the kitchen.To prepare and produce food to standard and in a fast-paced environment.Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen.Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene.Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place.To assist in other sections of the Resorts Kitchens when required.Candidates need to meet the following criteria: -Have 3rd level qualification.Have previous kitchen experience in each of the roles.Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of guests.Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail.
