An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and growing construction company delivering high-quality projects across the South East.
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily site activities in conjunction with the Project Manager
Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and operational teams effectively
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements
Implement and maintain all health & safety procedures on site
Oversee all internal and external finishing works to a high standard
Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and plant
Prepare and issue regular progress reports to senior management and clients
Attend weekly management and coordination meetings
Maintain accurate site documentation and records
Utilise construction management systems, including Procore, for project tracking and communication
Requirements
Degree, Diploma, or relevant Trade Qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience using cloud-based construction/project management systems
Ability to develop and manage construction programmes
Strong attention to detail with proven experience delivering high-quality finishing works
Excellent communication and organisational skills
