Product Manager
We are seeking a driven and insightful Manager to join our team. As a key member of the product management group, you will work closely with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to build impactful solutions that solve real problems for clients.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a background in financial services and a genuine curiosity for creating meaningful client-centered solutions. You will help shape the product direction by collaborating across departments, from ideation through delivery.
* Investigate and deeply understand client challenges before proposing solutions.
* Guide your team in adopting a client-centric mindset using design thinking tools and methodologies.
* Organize and facilitate user research sessions and design workshops to inform the product roadmap and develop measurable goals (OKRs).
* Gather and integrate insights from multiple inputs such as user feedback, business stakeholders, market trends, competitor landscape, and usability testing.
* Utilize SQL or equivalent tools to retrieve and analyze data.
* Possess familiarity with data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
* Draft product documentation including feature briefs, user stories, release notes, and internal knowledge base content.
* Maintain team-level artifacts such as journey maps, personas, empathy maps, and storyboards to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
* Closely collaborate with the UX team to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in a product management role within an IT environment.
* A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
* Proficient in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage cross-functional partners effectively.
* Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal, including strong presentation abilities.
