Manufacturing Projects Engineer
As a key player in the implementation of alternative materials, you will lead cross-functional teams to define solutions and collaborate with R&D and Supplier Engineering.
You will work closely with research and development teams to onboard new suppliers, coordinate testing of new materials, manage project builds, and ensure production lines run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
* Evaluating and implementing best practices in research, analysis, and selection of alternative materials
* Defining test builds and next steps with R&D and other functions
* Collaborating with project teams and business units to develop solutions
* Driving process improvements and cost reduction projects within designated areas
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, quality, or bio-medical engineering
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a related field
