As a relief chef, you will have the opportunity to work in contract catering units and special event venues. Once registered, we send our chefs out for an immediate start, enabling them to gain diverse experience.

To succeed as our newest relief chef senior chef de partie/sous, you must ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining high standards.
You will be expected to provide exceptional catering to meet the needs of the head chef and all customers, delivering outstanding results.
Up-to-date HACCP and manual handling certificates are essential, and we can provide training for these, supporting your professional development.
Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions are required, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
You must be a team player to work with the relief team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
