We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Reception Manager to join our Reception Team
Requirements:
Ideally 3+ years experience in a similar role but training will be provided
Excellent written & spoken English
Main Duties:
* Manage all front office operations
* Ensure high standards of customer service
* Lead, train, and supervise the front office team; roster duty shifts; ensure continuous development.
* Maintain and monitor front office financials
* Liaise with housekeeping & maintenance to ensure accurate room status, smooth room turnovers, and guest rooms ready on time.
* Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow‑up.
