We are currently seeking an ambitious, relationship‑driven Salon Account Manager to join our Haircare Division, managing an established territory across Connaught.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working within a dynamic and fast‑growing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing salon customers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
Introduce and sell new products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Support customers through merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities.
Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Promote education programmes and training opportunities to clients.
Monitor and manage customer accounts, including debtor control.
Provide regular market and customer feedback to management.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete administration in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, education, customer service, and other business divisions to drive overall success.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in Account Management, Territory Management, or Business Development.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long‑term relationships.
Commercially focused with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
Confident presenting products, promotions, and training opportunities to clients.
Enthusiastic about the professional hair and beauty industry.
Essential Requirements
Full clean driving licence.
Previous Account Management or Business Development experience.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Comfortable working in a customer‑facing field sales environment.
Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout the territory and attend company meetings and events across Ireland and the UK when required.
