Manufacturing Specialist
Maintain automated assembly machines at peak performance through proactive and reactive maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and ongoing process enhancements.
* Identify and drive efficiency gains and waste reduction.
* Provide direct support to production and operations teams to resolve daily challenges.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to apply lessons from breakdowns and performance issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 7 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree or National Craft Certificate, along with industrial experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. They should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Responsibilities:
