The remainder are used on Expressway, rural and city services._*Remuneration *_ : Payment is made weekly. Increments apply on the anniversary date of entry to the service. In addition to the weekly minimum payment for 39 hours, as set out below, all our depots offer an element of overtime for drivers to enhance these earnings. Year 1- 2 €755.84 Year 5-6 €857.57_Year 3- 4 €816.48 Year 7 €898.22__*Hours of Work: *_ The standard working week consists of 39 hours, exclusive of breaks and is a 5 day week spread over 7 days. Shifts consist of early, middle and late duties.* _Annual Leave: _ _*The annual leave entitlement is 20 working days with additional service days after 5, 7 and 10 years service. Annual Leave is rostered for all drivers.*_* *Training*_: Training for our drivers includes vehicle and route familiarsation, AVL, periodic CPC training, customer care, defensive driving & eco driving techniques, tachograph regulations, driving hours & working time regulations, wayfarer ticket machine and ticketing, accident and breakdown procedures, health & safety, manual handling. __*Staff Benefits: *_ Free uniform, staff car parking in depots and concessionary travel facilities.
