Following the launch of our nationwide growth programme, Paynt is building a high-performing field sales organisation across the UK. With over 20 new Field Sales roles being introduced, we are now seeking experienced Sales Managers to lead, develop and drive performance across defined regions.

The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a team of Field Sales Agents, driving new business acquisition, and delivering consistent revenue growth across your region.
You will combine strong leadership with commercial drive — coaching your team in the field, embedding best-in-class sales behaviours, and ensuring targets are exceeded through activity, discipline and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing Field Sales Agents
* Lead from the front with regular field coaching and joint visits
* Drive new business acquisition through structured outbound activity
* Manage performance against KPIs, targets and conversion metrics
* Build a high-energy, results-driven team culture
* Support merchants with tailored payment solutions and long-term relationships
* Work closely with senior leadership to execute regional growth plans
Who We're Looking For
Proven Sales Leaders You have experience managing and motivating field-based sales teams, ideally within payments, merchant services, fintech or high-activity B2B environments.
Hands-On, Performance-Driven Managers You're not desk-bound — you're comfortable coaching in the field, leading by example, and holding your team accountable to activity and results.
Growth-Focused & Commercially Minded You understand how to scale teams, improve conversion rates, and build sustainable pipelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
