Process Development Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a third level degree in a relevant engineering, science or technical discipline and at least 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical process engineering. They will also have relevant experience of batch processing, technical transfers, scale up, in a cGMP pharmaceutical or Biologics industry.
* Develop and implement process development strategies to support new product introductions
* Lead risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA) to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation plans
* Analyze process data to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product quality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes for new products
