About the Role:
We're looking for a
Senior Product Designer
to help shape and deliver high-quality product experiences as we scale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving real user problems, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and taking ownership of meaningful work from discovery through to delivery.
You'll have strong influence on product direction, help raise the design bar, and play an active role in how we build and ship product — without layers of process getting in the way.

About the Role
We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
to act as the first point of contact for all IT and technical issues across Flipdish, supporting our team with everything from hardware troubleshooting to managing critical third-party platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, ensure security compliance, and work closely with the IT team on both day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
Strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments are essential to thrive in this role.

What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from research and discovery to high-fidelity design and release
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and deliver thoughtful solutions
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
Contribute to and help evolve our design system and patterns
Give and receive constructive design feedback, raising the quality of work across the team
What we're looking for
Solid experience designing digital products in a technology or product-led company
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual craft, and shipped work
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Confident collaborator with strong communication skills
A proactive mindset — you see problems, take ownership, and get things done
