Operations Administrator Location: Skerries, Co.
Dublin (with regular travel to services) Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Salary: €33,340 - €53,537 per annum (dependent on experience) About Us Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live meaningful, independent, and connected lives within their communities.

We are now recruiting an Operations Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Prosper Fingal Area Managers and to support the effective coordination and delivery of services across the Fingal area.
The Role The Operations Administrator will support the smooth running of services by coordinating operational processes, maintaining records and reports, and supporting communication across services.
The role will involve close collaboration with Area Managers, Service Managers, and a range of internal departments including HR, Finance, IT, Clinical, Transport and Estates.
The post holder will also liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to support service continuity.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Area Managers, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and documentation.
Support operational meetings and processes, including preparation of agendas, minute taking, and monitoring follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports in line with organisational policies and GDPR requirements.
Act as a point of contact for operational queries and support communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist with operational planning, project coordination, and service improvement initiatives.
Provide general office and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of Prosper Fingal services.
Requirements Level 8 or higher qualification in Social Care, Disability, Health, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role (essential).
Experience within the social care, healthcare, or disability sector is desirable.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
