We are currently recruiting for a L&D Project Specialist on behalf of a Global Organisation.
L&D Project Specialist
2 year FTC with potential for permanency.

ERP introduction project exposure is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver effective training programs.
* Manage learning projects, including system implementations or large-scale process changes.
* Engage and guide stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to senior leaders.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance processes to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
* Produce learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and manuals.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years experience within a similar role, ideally within a large global organisation.
* Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics businesses is ideal.
* Strong project management and L&D programme creation exposure necessary.
* Keen communication and stakeholder management skills.
