Hotel Duty Manager
The role of a Duty Manager in our esteemed 4-star hotel is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding career. This position demands exceptional leadership skills, guest service abilities, and strong communication talents.
As the primary point of contact during shifts, you will oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service across all departments. You will act as the Manager on Duty, coordinating front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams to resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a hotel environment. Strong leadership and team coordination skills are essential, as well as excellent guest service and communication abilities. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with confidence is also crucial.
Additionally, candidates must be flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Living in Ireland and having the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) is a necessity. Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
