RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support & Integrations: Maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices (EUDs) to ensure peak performance and functionality.
Understanding of SaaS solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless operation by provisioning and deprovisioning user access to platforms like OneLogin, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and JAMF Pro.
Provide 1st level support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
Improve IT processes and tools, boosting productivity and efficiency.
Process Enablement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate daily tasks for users and the IT team.
Create and maintain thorough documentation of processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
Analyze technology issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address technology needs.
Enhance automation, security, and processes across IT functions.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
