Job Title: Medical Laboratory Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in the medical sector.
About The Role:
* To assist in routine processing and coordinating the laboratory service in accordance with the organization's mission, values, vision, and strategic plan.
* The role will require working across main laboratory disciplines to perform scientific work up to JCI Accreditation Standards under direction from Senior Medical staff.
* Prioritize and organize work during busy periods and coordinate multiple concurrent testing tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist in writing, maintaining & enforcing procedures relating to all areas of the lab & its related testing equipment
2. Achieve compliance with INAB Accreditation standards for blood/blood products & E.U Directive when applicable
