We are looking for someone who is interested in the social model of support in Health and Social Care, and who would like to make a difference in people's lives through our innovative programme. The role would suit a graduate with some experience, plenty of energy and enthusiasm!
Skills & Requirements:
− Third Level qualification and/or relevant project management experience in health & social care, and/ or rural and community development and or social inclusion.
−Demonstrable capacity of practical programme delivery
−Ability to use one’s own initiative to prioritise work and meet key deadlines and milestones.
−Excellent administrative skills, demonstrate experience with a CRM system and be adept in using an online work management system to ensure efficiency and deliver results for the programme (eg. Salesforce or other CRM)
−Some evidence of working creatively in a collaborative manner across sectors including health and social care services.
−Some evidence of experience of / in the Irish Farming Sector
−A strong understanding of and commitment to equity, inclusion and social justice.
− Able to work outside of normal office hours on occasions and travel across the region frequently (travel expenses at the appropriate rate will be paid in respect of travel necessarily performed in the discharge of duty).
−Full clean driving licence with own transport.
