Retail Pharmacy Manager
QR Select are recruiting a retail manager for a thriving community pharmacy based in Longford
The role is full time and permanent
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience ideally in community pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
Manager team through carrying out regular appraisals with all staff.
Mentoring staff by fostering a positive working environment
Keeping staff updated with all new HR policies and procedures
Delegate staff duties fairly among all team members
Drive sales
Manage staff rotas
Management of all stock including ordering and pricing
Assisting in the merchandising of stock
Ensure the store adheres to all health and safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience managing a retail store, ideally experience in a pharmacy
Proven track record in achieving results
Excellent Communication skills
