Senior Anaesthetic Registrar
The role of the Senior Anaesthetic Registrar is to provide high-quality care to patients in various settings, including the Operating Theatre, Cardiac Cath lab, and Critical Care Unit. The successful candidate will be a key member of the clinical team, working closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anaesthetic services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and care
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in departmental teaching and education programs
- Contribute to research initiatives within the anaesthesia department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical degree, MBBS or equivalent
- Current Full Medical Council Registration
- Fellowship of the College of Anaesthetists is desirable
- At least 5 years' experience as an Anaesthetic registrar in an acute hospital setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
