Your Mission
As an HVAC Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of the organisation, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer humidity control equipment operates at peak performance. You'll deliver technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and support clients across a range of critical industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality servicing and maintenance for contract customers, following safety standards
* Identify and replace spare components to optimise equipment performance
* Conduct airflow measurements and performance assessments
* Commission and set up equipment on-site
* Produce detailed technical service reports for the internal team
* Seek new servicing opportunities with customers
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in field servicing of engineering capital equipment
* FGAS certification is essential
* Strong HVAC industry knowledge
* Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Positive attitude, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure with strong time management
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) with overtime opportunities
