HireForce are working with an large Irish Corporate that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their client-focused team.
This role involves managing bank accounts, carrying out daily reconciliations, resolving queries and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a high volume of bank accounts; Perform daily bank reconciliations; Handle aged debt and arrears management, including month-end KPI reporting; Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for the Accounts Receivable function; Resolve queries and liaising with clients, and internal teams as needed; Support accounting teams to verify accuracy of postings; Provide additional reporting and analysis on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements: 2 years experience in a similar role Proven experience working in a high-volume transactional environment Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with full-cycle accounts receivable processes Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities and meet expectations.
