Site Services Administrator
SimoTech is seeking a Site Services Administrator to support our growth in the Life Sciences industry. In this role, you'll ensure the success of our clients and performance of onsite resources.
You will work closely with our Site Services Account Managers to facilitate smooth operations and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain contracts, purchase orders, and invoices up-to-date.
2. Assist in preparing cost estimates, proposals, and sales documentation.
3. Collaborate with Site Services Account Managers to schedule client rate reviews.
4. Update CRM records on clients and resources.
5. Develop ERP reports and dashboards on client and resource trends.
6. Liaise with HR to coordinate site services team performance reviews.
7. Support Talent Acquisition in sourcing suitable candidates for client-based roles.
8. Ensure correct implementation of workflows and procedures.
9. Represent SimoTech at the highest level, adhering to core principles of Trust, Excellence, and Respect.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Human Resources, or equivalent education and work experience.
2. Experience working with business platforms, including CRM and ERP, is advantageous.
3. Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Account Management, Sales, Engineering, or Project Consultancy is desirable.
4. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required.
