The Business Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of the CRM and finance systems, and other key business systems in Culligan Water Ireland (B2B) and Culligan Home Ireland (B2C).
The role will ensure that each system is effectively embedded, aligned to business needs, and fully leveraged to drive process efficiency, data accuracy, and commercial insight.
The role holder will act as a bridge between operational teams, finance, and technical vendors, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and users are supported to adopt them successfully.
What this role involves: Systems and Support · Provide day-to-day support to system users, resolving issues and managing escalations.
· Maintain system documentation, configurations, and user permissions.
Training and User Engagement · Develop and deliver system training sessions, guides, and user documentation.
· Act as a main point of contact for user queries and feedback.
Governance and Data Integrity · Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
· Manage system access controls and maintain compliance with data protection and audit requirements.
Reporting Support · Assist with generating reports and dashboards from CRM and finance systems.
· Help ensure data used for reporting is accurate and aligned across teams Relationship Management · Successfully manage relationships with all key stakeholders – internally and externally.
· Build good working relationships with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and HR Requirements Third-level qualification in Business, IT, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience supporting business systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage, Zoho) Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Additional training or certification in systems administration, data analysis, or CRM/ERP tools is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail Knowledge of inventory management / fleet management / delivery management / operational excellence.
Strong documentation capability (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience in utilities, customer service, field service or other service-based industries.
