About the Role
This role is to provide support to the Dublin Supervisor in both RM/DP areas of the service delivery functions in Co Athy. The successful person will be expected to learn and understand both the RM & DM business and lead & manage both areas when required by the Supervisor.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure all staff have adequate training and completed training records.
* Ensure that everyday operational activities are carried out in accordance with employee responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work legislation.
* Work at a pace in line with site specific targets for APH (Activities per hour).
* Adhere to site specific requirements.
* Ensure full compliance with key operating standards.
* Maintain a high level of organization and the capability to work under pressure in a warehouse environment.
* Be comfortable operating at height within the warehouse.
* Be comfortable working within a large warehouse in order to locate customer items within agreed SLAs.
* Carry out manual handling tasks as required.
