This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:Minimum of 1 year's previous experience as Chef de PartieHACCP training and knowledgePersonal QualitiesAbility to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skillsDuties include but are not exclusive to:To run and /or supervise any kitchen station to the required standards as set by the Executive Chef.To help prepare and produce all dishes to a consistently high standard.To ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service.To ensure all agreed cleaning schedules and adhered to and HACCP guidelines and principles are followed so to monitor food safety and hygiene safety in the Kitchen.Responsible for supervising and training Demi Chef de Partie or Commis chefsTo prepare, cook and present all dishes within area of responsibility to the correct menu specification regarding quality and quantity.Castlemartyr Resort is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
