My client is seeking to recruit a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its well-established and growing dispute resolution team in Dublin.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on real estate litigation and commercial landlord & tenant matters, alongside broader complex litigation work.
The Role The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload, including: Commercial litigation across multiple sectors Commercial landlord & tenant disputes, including lease enforcement, dilapidations, rent reviews and break options General property disputes Shareholder disputes and company-related litigation Professional negligence actions Breach of contract claims Repossession and enforcement proceedings Planning and development-related disputes High-value asset recovery and enforcement actions The role involves regular client contact and the opportunity to take real responsibility for matters, working closely with partners on complex and strategically important cases.
