Job Description
Tender Touch Services is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in need. We are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced Social Care Workers to join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide person‑centred care and support to individuals in accordance with care plans.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and well‑being.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in social care.
Proven experience as a Social Care Worker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
CORU Registered / Commenced registration.
Salary: €38,532 per annum (39 hours per week)
